Q. Are you members of any glazing industry body? Yes, we are a FENSA Registered Company. As part of the Fenestration Self Assessment Scheme we are able to self certify the works that we carry out, on behalf of FENSA.
Q. What guarantees do you provide on your products and services? We provide a 10 year guarantee on our Windows, Doors and Sealed Glazing Units. As part of the FENSA scheme we also offer Insurance Backed Guarantee.
Q. Are your installation teams qualified? Yes, we use professional, qualified installation teams who carry out building regulations compliant work.
Q. How long does it take from a survey being carried out to the installation taking place? Typically we can complete most projects within two weeks of carrying out a survey.
Q. I don't need installation, can you just supply my windows and doors? Yes, as well as supply and installation we also provide a supply only service. In fact a great deal of our business is to supply uPVC double glazed doors and windows to the commercial trade.
Q. Do you produce Made to Measure Windows and Doors? Yes, all of our products are made to measure. The windows and doors we provide are custom made to your individual specifications. We endeavour to cater for any specific requirements that you may have. We aim to provide the exact product that you seek to suit your home and your lifestyle.
Q. Do you provide Energy Rated, Energy Efficient Windows? Yes, we can provide Energy Rated, Energy Efficient Windows at any desired rating that may be sought e.g. A, B or C. We utilise the most up to date, gas, spacer bar and glass coating technologies to achieve the desired Energy Rated Windows.
Q. What type of glass do you use in your sealed glazing units? We use "K" glass as per requirements in our sealed glazing units. Depending on customer requirements we can also provide other types of glass too, including Active (Self Clean) glass.
